Events at Elmer's
Elmer's Community Center hosts events!
Our primary purpose is to be venue for community events --- events hosted by you for all of us. We welcome events such as concerts, open mics, game nights, craft nights, committee meetings etc. There is no fee for a community event. Pitch us an idea!
The venue is also available for private events. We open the doors, you do the rest! Please note, there is a maximum capacity of 75 people.
Fees for Private Events

Up to 4 hours = $125

More than 4 hours = $250

Fees for Private Fundraisers

Elmer's loves to support other good causes. We do our best to keep our prices low for everyone and hope that the regular rental fees are not prohibitive.

For nonprofits and charitable groups with budgets less than $50,000, we ask that you pay the $50 deposit, and then 10% of your fundraiser earnings up to the regular rental fee. For example, for an event less than 4 hours, if you made $500 at the fundraiser, you would only owe the $50 deposit. If you made $1,000, you would owe $100 total ($50 deposit + $50 additional based on revenue.) If you raised $10,000, you would owe $125 total and keep the rest.
